基于FLUENT的水冷多管头冷却器的数值模拟

摘要 建立水冷多管头冷却器的三维模型的物理与数学模型,利用Fluent软件,采用标准k-e湍流模型,对冷却器进行数值模拟研究。经分析知模拟结果与实际情况较吻合,此方法为水冷多管头冷却器的设计及优化提供了理论参考和科学依据。 The physical and mathematical models of the three-dimensional model of water-cooled multi-head cooler are established. The numerical simulation of the cooler is carried out by using Fluent software and standard turbulence model. The analysis shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the actual situation. This method provides a theoretical reference and scientific basis for the design and optimization of watercooled multi-head cooler.
