摘要
以制备高性能高纯净度的高速铁路车轴钢为目标,改变目前国内外普遍采用的尽量去除大颗粒夹杂物的传统思路,而是在熔炼过程中采用了特制脱氧剂进行脱氧,使钢中的夹杂物得到了进一步的细化。改进后的钢中非金属夹杂物尺寸细小,其中A类、B类、C类和DS类夹杂物检测结果均为0,D类夹杂为细类0.5,达到了试验前预期效果。
Aiming at the preparation of high performance and high purity axle steel for high-speed railway,the traditional idea of removing large inclusions as far as possible which widely used in China and foreign countries was changed.Instead,a special deoxidizer was used for deoxidation in the smelting process,so that the inclusions in the steel were further refined.The size of the non-metallic inclusions in the improved steel is small,and the class A,class B,class C and DS inclusions are all 0,and the class of D inclusions is fine class 0.5,which achieves is the expected effect before the test.
