摘要
EA4T是欧洲标准牌号材料,主要应用于动车组列车车轴,本文通过改进车轴的热处理工艺和热装炉方式,提高了车轴的力学性能、热处理产品合格率和生产效率。通过改进EA4T车轴热处理工艺,提高了冲击韧性并改善了冲击韧性的均匀性,产品合格率由原来的95.8%提高至99.1%;通过改进火车轴的热处理装炉方式,其热处理生产效率大幅提高。
EA4T is material in the standard of European,and it is the main material for EMU axles.The heat treatment process and hot charging method of axles have been improved,the mechanical properties of axles,the qualified rate of heat treatment products and the production efficiency are improved.By improving the heat treatment process of EA4T axle,the impact toughness at low temperature and the uniformity of impact toughness are improved,and the qualified rate of the product is increased from 95.3%to 99.2%.Moreover,by improving charging method of heat treatment for train axle,the production efficiency of heat treatment has been greatly improved.
