摘要
制备7075超硬铝同质焊丝,采用TIG焊对5 mm厚的7075-T6超硬铝进行焊接,通过改变焊接工艺,确定适合铝合金7075的工艺参数。然后通过改变固溶时间和固溶温度,研究固溶处理对接头性能和组织的影响。结果表明,随着焊接电流的增大,焊接接头力学性能呈现先增大后减小的趋势;当焊接电流100 A、固溶温度460℃、固溶时间60min时,焊接接头力学性能最佳,焊接接头抗拉强度为424.5 MPa、伸长率为9.83%,焊缝硬度为110.8 HV;在此固溶条件下,焊接接头晶界析出物固溶进入晶内,偏析减少。
7075 aluminum homogeneous welding wire was prepared,the TIG welding of 5 mm thick 7075-T6 aluminum alloy was carried out,and the process parameters of 7075 aluminum alloy was determined by changing the welding process.Then the effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and performance of the welded joint was studied by changing the solution time and solution temperature.The results show that with the increase of welding current,the mechanical properties of welded joint first increase and then decrease.When the welding current is 100 A,the solution temperature is 460℃,the solution time is 60 min,the mechanical properties are the best.The tensile strength is 424.5 MPa,the elongation is 9.83%,and the hardness of the weld is 110.8 HV.Under this solution condition,the grain boundary precipitates dissolve into the grain,the segregation reduces.
