摘要 随着道路上汽车数量、路况复杂程度的不断增加,加大了交通事故发生概率。为了给予汽车整体结构的协调性和车身安全性保障,对车身维修中的焊接工艺提出了较高要求。以含有补偿器的铝合金管道裂缝焊接为例,探究更为有效的TIG焊接工艺。该工艺包括I型坡口焊接、Y型坡口焊接两种方法,两种方法的焊接层数不同,各层焊接参数存在差异。实验检测结果显示,Y型坡口焊接方法更适合应用于异性铝合金的焊接,焊缝抗裂性较强,建议焊接速度控制在9mm/s~13mm/s之间,焊接峰值电流控制在180A~240A之间。 With the continuous increase of the number of cars on the road and the complexity of road conditions,the probability of traffic accidents has increased.In order to guarantee the coordination of the overall structure of the car and the safety of the body,higher requirements are put forward for the welding process in the body maintenance.Taking crack welding of aluminum alloy pipes with compensators as an example,a more effective TIG welding process is explored.The process includes two methods:I-shaped groove welding and Y-shaped groove welding.The welding layers of the two methods are different,and the welding parameters of each layer are different.The experimental test results show that the Y-shaped groove welding method is more suitable for the welding of anisotropic aluminum alloys,and the weld has strong crack resistance.It is recommended that the welding speed be controlled between 9mm/s and 13mm/s,and the welding peak current should be controlled at 180A Between~240A.
