摘要
近年来,伴随着灾难事故的频繁发生,灾难医学及应急管理发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章结合医学专业及应急管理的教学特点,提出了采用LCPT(Lecture-Based、Case-Based、Problem-Based and Team-Based Learning)循环教学模式,该模式是一种开放互动教学模式,注重培养学生的实践应急能力、解决问题能力、创新能力以及团队沟通能力。根据教学目的,文章分析了LCPT循环教学模式在灾难医学及应急管理教学中的优势。
With the development of disaster situation, disaster medical and emergency management play more important function than before. The paper put forward the LCPT integrated teaching mode according to the characteristics of the medical and management. Compared with other traditional teaching methods, the LCPT teaching method has a positive role for improving autonomy and independence, ability to solve problem and communication abilities. In addition, it helps students master professional knowledge well, understanding well, applied proifciently and innovated actively.
