摘要
目的观察紫朱软膏促进慢性创面愈合的临床疗效,分析其愈合机制。方法将60例有慢性创面的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组创面予常规抗生素湿敷治疗,治疗组创面给予紫朱软膏外敷。两组疗程均为30 d,通过比较临床炎症相关指标(创面细菌检出率和Hs-CRP)、创面愈合率和创面疼痛的变化情况,分析紫朱软膏治疗机制。结果治疗前后,两组创面细菌检出率、hs-CRP水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后不同时间点创面愈合率差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗前两组创面疼痛积分无显著统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后不同时间点两组创面疼痛积分差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论紫朱软膏能明显降低创面的炎症反应,缓解创面疼痛不适及促进创面的愈合。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zizhu Ointment on promoting the chronic wound healing,and analyze its mechanism. Methods 60 patients with chronic wound were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group. The wound of the control group was treated with routine antibiotic by wet compress,and the wound of the treatment group was treated with Zizhu Ointment by external application,with a course of 30 days. The changes on the clinical inflammatory indexes( wound bacterial detection rate and Hs-CRP),wound healing rate and wound pain were compared to analyze the treatment mechanism of Zizhu Ointment. Results Compared with treatment before,the wound bacterial detection rate and Hs-CRP level were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment,with statistically significant differences( P < 0.05). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the wound healing rate between the two groups at each timepoint( P<0.05),and the healing rates of the treatment group were obviously higher than those of the control group. Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference on the score of wound pain between the two groups( P> 0.05). After treatment,there were statistically significant differences on the score of wound pain between the two groups at each timepoint( P < 0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were obviously lower than those of the control group. Conclusion Zizhu Ointment can obviously reduce the wound inflammation,relieve the pain and discomfort of wound and promote the wound healing.
