摘要
综述多通道在体记录技术发展现状及在中医药研究中的应用展望。多通道在体记录技术以其高效的记录性配合非创伤性神经元调控技术(如光遗传等)在各类模型动物、临床医学的神经疾病治疗中皆有应用,探索多通道在体记录技术在中医经络、腧穴、电针和中药等方面的应用可为中医学研究提供新的视角,通过多学科的交叉融合可促进中医药现代化研究的发展。
This paper reviews the development status of multi-channel in vivo recording technique and its application prospect in traditional Chinese medicine research. Due to the efficient recording combined with the non-invasive neuronal regulation techniques( such as optogenetics),multi-channel in vivo recording techniques are widely used in the various animal model research and clinical therapy for nerve diseases. Through the application in meridian,acupoint,electroacupuncture and Chinese materia medica of traditional Chinese medicine,multi-channel in vivo recording technique may give a new perspective to traditional Chinese medicine research,and promote the development of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine by the interdisciplinary integration.
