摘要
近年来针灸治疗心肌缺血/再灌注损伤(MIRI)的疗效得到广泛肯定。磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)信号通路参与细胞生长、代谢、增殖与分化等过程,与MIRI的发生发展密切相关。大量研究表明,针刺通过调控PI3K/Akt通路,从减轻炎症反应、抑制细胞凋亡等多方面保护受损心肌组织。本研究深入探讨PI3K/Akt信号通路对MIRI的保护机制及针刺的调控作用,为临床治疗心血管疾病提供实验依据。
In recent years,the efficacy of acupuncture in treating myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury(MIRI)has been widely recognized.Phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/Akt)signaling pathway involves in the processes of cell growth,metabolism,proliferation and differentiation,which is closely related to the occurrence and development of MIRI.A large number of studies have shown that acupuncture can protect damaged myocardium through regulating PI3K/Akt pathway,alleviating inflammatory responses and inhibiting apoptosis.This study explored the protective mechanism of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway on MIRI and the regulatory effect of acupuncture,which provides experimental basis for clinical treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
