摘要
为了长输管道工程能在沙漠等缺水地区达到注水试压,将试压后的水推到下一段需要试压的管线中。对推水过程中重要步骤的控制及其危险因素进行了研究;采用在推水管线的末端加水箱,用离心泵泵出注水的方法,解决了试压水的来源问题,实现了安全注水的目的,保证了长输管道顺利进行压力试验。
In order to achieve the water injection pressure in the desert and other water shortage areas,the water pressure is pushed to the next section of the pipeline which needs to be tested. The control and risk factors of the important steps in the process of water injection are studied. The water injection method is used to solve the problem of the source of water pressure.
