沙漠地区长输管道试压用水重复利用技术

摘要 在非洲某国撒哈拉沙漠腹地对一条总长108 km、直径16 in的长输管道进行水压试验。通过对该管道合理分段从而划分成若干个试压包,采用试压包从头到尾依次试压,试压用水重复利用的方法解决了沙漠地区试压用水供给异常困难的难题。研究和制作了专门用于试压包之间的倒水系统,制作了可满足第一次排气、第二次深度排气和第三次推水转移的专用试压头,并详细介绍了倒水系统内设备和设施的连接及应用。此外,就海外此类项目试压的流程及合格标准进行了论述,尤其是对于气体含量的计算。最终以该长输管道总容积25.47%的用水量成功完成了所有试压工作。 A hydraulic test is carried out on a long distance pipeline with a total length of 108 km and a diameter of 16 inches in the hinterland of the Sahara Desert in an African country.This paper divides the pipeline into several pressure test packages and then conducts pressure tests sequentially through the packages.Water reuse technology of pressure test solves the great difficulty in water supply for pressure tests in desert areas.The water transferring system is studied and established for pressure test packages,and dedicated pressure test heads which can meet the first exhaust,the second deep exhaust,and the third air pushing transfer is designed.The connection and application of equipment and facilities in the water transferring system are also introduced in detail.In addition,this paper also discusses the pressure test process and acceptance criteria of such overseas projects,especially the air content calculation.Finally,the hydraulic test is completed with a water consumption of 25.47%of the total volume of the long distance pipeline.
