热熔法预浸料成型技术在扩散段上的应用 被引量:2

Prepregs Prepared by Hot-Melt Film Method and its Application in Nozzle Exit

摘要 对采用热熔胶膜法制备的高硅氧/酚醛和碳纤/酚醛预浸料及复合材料进行了研究。高硅氧/酚醛预浸料的百分流动度为20.4%,挥发份和树脂含量分别为5.2%和29.7%;碳纤/酚醛预浸料的百分流动度为28.9%,挥发份和树脂含量分别为5.8%和40.5%。对比分析了由热熔胶膜法和溶液法制备预浸料成型的碳纤/酚醛复合材料层压板的性能,采用热熔胶膜法制备的层压板的层间剪切强度提高了17.4%,拉伸强度和弯曲强度增加了45.3%和42.1%。氧乙炔线烧蚀率仅为溶液法的1/3。将其用于制备固体火箭发动机的扩散段,随炉试验件的性能评价表明:不仅热性能和力学性能优异,而且批次稳定性好,有助于降低热防护层的厚度,减轻火箭、导弹等的总体质量,对提高武器装备的性能具有重要的意义。 High silica fiber/phenolic and carbon fiber/phenolic prepregs prepared by hot melt film method and their composites are studied in this paper.The percent fluidity,volatile and resin content of high silica fiber/phenolic prepregs are 20.4%,5.2%and 29.7%,respectively.The percent fluidity,volatile and resin content of carbon fiber/phenolic prepregs are 28.9%,5.8%and 40.5%respectively.The properties of the carbon fiber/phenolic composite laminates made from prepregs by hot melt film method and solution impregnation method are also compared.Compared with that of solution impregnation method,for carbon fiber/phenolic composite laminates made from prepregs by hot melt film method,the corresponding interlayer shear strength is increased by 17.4%,the tensile strength and bending strength are increased by 45.3%and 42.1%respectively.The oxyacetylene line ablation rate is only 1/3 of the solution method and it is used to prepare the diffusion section of a solid rocket motor.The evaluation of the furnace test pieces shows that not only the performance is improved,but also the batch stability is good.It helps to reduce the thickness of the thermal protection layer,reduce the overall quality of rockets,missiles,etc.,and is significant for improving the performance of weapons and equipment.
