摘要
通过测试端羟基丁腈橡胶-环氧树脂预混物在体系中的不同比例,发现预混物加入42.9%时,其增韧效果最佳,树脂拉伸强度、弯曲强度和断裂伸长率分别提升148.8%、159.4%和264.8%,树脂及其复合材料的玻璃化转变温度分别为132.8℃和138.9℃,并制备得到工艺性和力学性能较好的复合材料。通过动态DSC法,研究了增韧环氧树脂的固化反应动力学,并建立了该树脂的固化度-温度-时间三者关系的理论模型。采用拉丝法,拟合得到凝胶时间和温度之间的关系曲线,为环氧树脂及其预浸料的成型工艺提供理论指导。
In this study,it was found that the best toughening effect was obtained when 42.9%of premixes was added into the resin system,by testing different proportions of hydroxy-terminated nitrile butadiene-epoxy resin premixes,and the tensile strength,bending strength and elongation at break of the resin were increased by 148.8%,159.4%and 264.8%respectively.The glass transition temperatures of the resin and its composites were 132.8℃and 138.9℃,and the composite materials with good technological properties and mechanical properties were prepared.The curing reaction kinetics of toughened epoxy resin was studied by dynamic DSC,and the theoretical model of the relationship between curing degree-temperature-time was established.The gel time of the resin at different temperatures was measured by wire drawing method,and the relationship between gel time and temperature was obtained by linear fitting,which provided theoretical guidance for the forming process of epoxy resin and its prepreg.
