摘要
《自我认识与成长》是社会工作专业学生的重要入门课程,旨在帮助学生在认识自我、了解自我、整合自我的过程中实现社会工作专业价值观的教育、培养学生专业能力及塑造高尚的人格力量。运用体验式教学,基于工作过程系统化视角,参照美国心理学创始人威廉·詹姆斯的自我认识理论,该课程应进行"我是谁"、"人我关系"及"我的未来"三大主题的探索。通过"热身活动——教师短讲——小组活动——游戏体验——讨论分享——总结深化"这六个教学环节,社会工作专业学生实现从"自我、单一角色的探索",到"多元角色参与",再到"自我与社会联接"的转化。从研究结果来看,学生的改变与课程三大任务的设计是相一致的,课程设计取得了较好效果,但仍需要增加课外实践环节,实现课上、课下的无缝对接;改变小组组合形式,促进小组动力的发挥;转变教师角色定位,与学生共同成长。
Self-awareness and growth is important introductory course for students majoring in social work,designed to help students in self-understanding,understanding ego,integration of self in the process of implementation of professional values of social work education,cultivating students'professional ability and shaping noble personality power.Using the experience type teaching,based on the working process of the systematic view,refer to William James,the founder of the American psychological theory of self-awareness,the course should be"who am I","my relationship"and"my future"three major themes.By"short warm-up activity,teachers speak-group activities-game experience-share-concludes deepen"the six teaching links,professional social work students realize from"self,the role of single exploration",to"multiple roles participation",and then to the transformation of the"self and social connection".From the point of the research results,the change of the students and the course design of three major tasks are consistent,curriculum design has achieved good results,but still need to increase the extracurricular practice,realize the seamless joint between class and after class;Change the group form to promote team dynamics;Change the role of teacher and grow with students.
