冥想训练对大学生焦虑水平的影响 被引量:2

摘要 以9名大一新生作为冥想训练实验组,并随机选取9名作为对照组,对实验组进行了为期一周,每天半小时的冥想训练。干预前后采用状态-特质焦虑量表(STAI)对实验组和控制组施测,对实验组进行五因素正念量表(FFMQ)的前后测。结果显示,冥想训练对改善大学生的状态焦虑和特质焦虑水平有积极效果,实验组的心智觉知度增加明显。
