摘要
当人工挖孔桩施工过程中遇到硬岩情况时,一般采用明爆或静爆2种方式处理,明爆产生振动剧烈、安全隐患大,静爆则存在施工速度慢、作业环境差等不足;由此,提出大直径人工挖孔桩硬岩'水磨钻断面取芯+静爆破岩'联合施工技术,对其原理、流程、操作要点、实施效果进行了系统阐述。实践表明,本项技术在工程应用中取得了显著成效,具有工效高、质量可靠、机械简单等优点,简便的操作性和良好的安全可控性使其易于技术推广,是一种施工工艺上的突破和创新。
When hard rocks occur in the process of manual hole digging piles,it is generally treated by dynamite blasting or static blasting.Dynamite blasting causes severe vibration and safety hazards,while static blasting has low efficiency and poor working condition.Therefore,the comprehensive construction technology of water rig drilling for core and static blasting on the large diameter manual hole digging pile rocks comes up.The relevant principle,process,operation points,effect are systematic explained in this paper.Practice shows that this technology makes gains in engineering applications with the advantages of high efficiency,reliable quality and simple machines.Furthermore,the technology processes a simple maneuverability and a good safety controllability,which make it a breakthrough and innovation.
