摘要 以盐城市青年西路高架路工程为背景,开创性地提出采用125m四跨连续移动模架,简要介绍了新型移动模架的主要组成。在此基础上,详细介绍并分析了MSS50-6500下行式四跨连续移动模架的拼装、预压、提升、过孔与拆除等关键施工工艺。该施工工艺缩短了施工周期,节约了成本。 Taking Yancheng City Youth Road Viaduct as the engineering background,this paper creatively proposes the 125 m long continuous moveable formwork system with four spans,and briefly introduces the main composition of new moveable formwork system.On this basis,this paper introduces and analyzes the key construction technology of the downward MSS50-6500 type moveable formwork system with four spans including assembling,preloading,ascending,via and demolition,which shortens construction period and saves cost.
