摘要
结合赣龙铁路上杭北站立交桥工程实际,设计采用一种由内支撑架、模板和走行系统3个部分组成的移动模架,并通过Midas/Civil软件建立计算模型进行分析验证,该移动模架的强度、刚度、稳定性均满足规范要求。实践证明:移动模架法施工具有立模快捷、周转性强等优点,大大提高了施工效率。
Combining with the engineering practice of Shanghang North Station overpass in Ganlong Railway,a mobile framework is designed,which includes three parts:the internal support frame,the framework and the running system.The framework is analyzed and verified by building the calculation model using Midas/Civil software,and it is turned out that the intensity,rigidity and stability of the framework meet the code requirements.The practice shows that the mobile framework construction method has the advantages of fast speed and strong turnover,which greatly improves the construction efficiency.
