摘要
针对钻孔灌注桩桩头破除新技术,采用有限元数值模拟和理论分析方法,对具有预埋套管隔离钢筋的超灌桩头进行整体劈裂研究,探讨劈裂枪分离超灌桩头与桩身过程中劈裂面的形成与发展。基于劈裂面处的应力分布,提出桩头整体破除简化分析方法,并与有限元结果进行对比,验证该简易方法的正确性和有效性,为钻孔灌注桩桩头整体破除施工提供技术支持。
Based on the new demolition technology of bored pile heads,FEM and theoretical method are performed to analyze the demolition of the super pouring pile head with its reinforcing steel bars isolated.The formation and development of fracture surface between the super pouring pile head and pile shaft under the action of cleavage gun are studied.With the aid of the distribution of stresses on the fracture surface,a simplified method to the demolition of bored pile heads is proposed,which is verified to be correct and effective by comparing with BEM results.The proposed method can provide technical support to the demolition of super pouring pile heads.
