摘要
桩头破除是灌注桩施工的重要工序之一,桩头破除质量的好坏直接关系到基桩和群桩的承载力发挥以及后续钢筋安设的难易程度。随着施工技术及理念的不断提高,行业内对桩头破除工作提出了更高要求。文章对当前桩头破除的主要技术进行总结对比,并以整体破除法的一则应用实例进行介绍和分析。实践表明,整体破除法在综合质量保证、经济效益、施工速度、健康环保4方面指标优势较为明显。
The pile end removal is one of the important procedures in cast-in-sitn pile construction. Quality of the pile end removal is related to the bearing capacity of and the subsequent reinforcement installation of the foundation piles and group piles. With increasing improvement of construction technology and concept, the pile end removal is strictly required in industry. The main technologies applied currently for the pile-end removal are summarized and compared as well as the whole removal method is introduced and analyzed with one practice. The practice proves that the whole removal method is with obvious advantages in terms of quality assurance, economic benefit, construction progress and health & environmental protection.
