摘要
在装配式预制混凝土飘窗生产中,尤其是L形预制飘窗这种异型构件的生产,由于埋件复杂,保护层控制要求严格及生产过程中振捣不到位等原因,蜂窝问题尤为严重。以实际工厂化生产为基础,对预制混凝土飘窗生产工艺流程进行梳理,对蜂窝产生的原因进行分析,进一步总结出蜂窝产生的预防方案和蜂窝出现后的解决措施。
In the production of prefabricated precast concrete bay window,especially the production of special-shaped components such as L-shaped prefabricated bay window,the honeycomb problem is particularly serious due to the complexity of the embedded parts,the strict control requirements of the protective layer and the lack of vibrating during the production process.Based on the actual factory production,the prefabricated concrete window production process is sorted out and the reasons for the honeycomb generation are analyzed,and the prevention plan of honeycomb generation and the solution after the emergence of honeycomb are further summarized,which is the prefabricated concrete bay window.
