摘要
随着盾构在地铁隧道施工中应用逐渐广泛,盾构施工穿越的地质情况也更加复杂。南宁市岩溶地质分布广泛,在地铁修建过程中为确保盾构区间施工的安全高效进行,需对盾构的选型及优化进行反复考量。本文依托南宁地铁2号线玉洞站至金象站区间工程,针对岩土工程条件、水文地质情况等因素,对土压平衡盾构进行性能优化,并通过盾构施工时推力、扭矩、出土量、同步注浆量、土仓压力等掘进参数的统计分析,结合现场地表沉降的监测数据相互印证,对盾构的优化取得了一定成果,为类似工程提供了设计和施工经验。
With the application of shield machine in subway tunnel construction,the geological condition of shield tunneling is more complicated. The distribution of karst geology in Nanning is extensive. Selection and optimization of shield machine were considered to ensure the safety and high efficiency of shield construction in subway construction.This paper is based on the Nanning Subway Line 2 of Yudong Station to Shizitang station,according to the geotechnical engineering condition, hydrogeological conditions and other factors, through the statistical analysis of tunneling parameters such as thrust,torque,excavated volume,synchronous grouting volume,earth pressure and performance optimization of TBM,combined with the monitoring data of surface subsidence. Some results are obtained,which provides experience for similar engineering design and construction.
