摘要
为了优质高效地完成羊头渠项目施工任务,本文通过采用钢管架木模组合体系减轻支架本体重量,保证了工人的可操作性,减少了机械台班用量;通过采用轨道卷扬机牵引消除二次安拆模板所需要的劳动时间,减小了机械台班,节约了工期;通过采用全站仪精准定位轨道保证滑移过程的精准度,保证了羊头渠良好的线形外观;通过采用"T"字型拉杆内嵌入木模,"T"字型拉杆表面与木模板表面相平,保证了施工任务完成后混凝土表面整体感官效果;采用本文研制的工艺,为羊头渠项目缩减工期28d,节约施工成本45.191万元。
A new technology was developed to complete the Yang Tou channel with high quality and efficiency. Wood formwork and steel tube supports system were adopted,its weight was reduced,maneuverability of workers was improved,machine team costs were cut down. Track hoister was used to tow the formwork supports system,therefore it's needless to assemble and disassemble formwork for the second time so the construction period was decreased. Total station was used to fix the position of the track,the accuracy of sliding and the appearance quality of Yang Tou channel was ensured. "T"type tie rod was embedded in the wood formwork and their surface were in the same plane so that the concrete surface would be smooth after construction. With the help of the technology introduced by this paper,construction period was reduced by 28 days,construction costs were cut down by 451. 91 thousand yuan.
