摘要
南水北调中线一期新乡段的峪河暗渠修筑,有着地质条件复杂、工期紧、穿越施工难度大、质量要求高等特点,如何按照预定的工期,建造出高质量的建筑产品,在实践中探索和创新了液压钢模台车整浇暗渠管身施工技术,取得了成功的经验。结果表明,采用本施工技术,既能保证施工安全、质量,又能加快施工进度。
The Phase One South-to-North Water Transfer project passed Yuhe of Xinxiang using underground tunnels and the construction was featured by complex geological condition, short construction period , difficult crossing construction and high quality requirement. It is difficult to finish this project with high quality while meeting the preset construction deadline. By practice, a new technology was developed to do the solid casting of the tunnel pipes using the self-developed hydraulic steel car. This technology not only meets the construction safety and quality requirements, but also enhances the construction speed.
