摘要
依托港珠澳大桥岛隧工程清水混凝土工程,通过大量室内及现场模试验和典型施工型验证52个清水混凝土质量控制关键点,提炼影响清水混凝土外观质量技术参数,形成《港珠澳大桥岛隧工程清水混凝土施工规程》文件指导施工。人工岛挡浪墙典型施工表明,质量控制关键点为清水混凝土施工质量提供了技术保障,拆模后混凝土外观质量满足清水设计要求;同时在提升清水混凝土施工质量的细化规定上,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。
Based on the HZMB fair-faced concrete construction,through a large number of indoor and field model validation and typical construction for the 52 quality control key,refining parameters affecting the quality and technical concrete appearance,the formation of"HZMB island tunnel project construction regulations"fair-facecl concrete construction documents. The artificial island wave wall typical construction shows that provide technical support for the key points of quality control for concrete quality,after stripping the concrete appearance quality to meet the design requirements of water At the same it time enhances the concrete quality of the detailed provisions,which has a reference for similar engineering.
