摘要
在混凝土工程中,混凝土碳化经常出现,混凝土的碳化对于建设工程的影响有利有弊。碳化是检验混凝土的耐久性的重要指标。碳化过度会导致混凝土中的钢筋出现腐蚀,致使整体建设工程的寿命大幅缩短。不同混凝土的碳化程度会对工程的混凝土强度、钢筋的耐用性等产生不同程度的影响。基于此,首先对混凝土的碳化进行了简单描述,再详细分析了几个影响混凝土碳化的主要的因素,最后针对如何处理混凝土碳化现象提出了对策,以此推进混凝土工程质量的提升。
Carbonization of concrete is a common phenomenon in concrete engineering.The impact of carbonization of concrete on construction projects has advantages and disadvantages.Carbonation is an important indicator for testing the durability of concrete.Excessive carbonization will cause corrosion of the steel bars in the concrete,which will greatly shorten the life of the overall construction project.The degree of carbonization of different concretes will affect the strength of the concrete and the durability of the steel bars to different degrees.Based on this,this article first briefly describes the carbonization of concrete,and then analyzes several major factors affecting concrete carbonization in detail.Finally,it proposes several countermeasures on how to deal with the phenomenon of concrete carbonization to promote the quality of concrete engineering.
