摘要
针对西部盐湖地区出现影响生态环境平衡的“镁害”问题,结合氯氧镁水泥钢筋混凝土因钢筋严重腐蚀造成服役寿命较短的现状,以氯氧镁水泥钢筋混凝土试件为研究对象,对镁水泥混凝土中涂层钢筋进行室内快速腐蚀试验。通过CS350电化学工作站,得到环氧树脂涂层钢筋氯氧镁水泥混凝土试件在氯盐、硫酸盐溶液浸泡环境下的电化学曲线及相关参数指标,同时结合裸露钢筋的微观图像,研究了试件中涂层钢筋的抗腐蚀性能。结果表明:氯盐和硫酸盐环境下,裸露钢筋发生较为严重的腐蚀,环氧树脂涂层对氯氧镁水泥混凝土中的钢筋具有很好的保护作用,两种环境下其腐蚀速率分别为裸露钢筋的1/2277~1/1449倍和1/21377~1/2693倍;氯盐溶液浸泡环境下,裸露钢筋发生全面点蚀且腐蚀产物较疏松且存在空洞,而在硫酸盐溶液浸泡环境下,裸露钢筋表面存在裂纹且腐蚀产物呈片状和部分球簇晶体。
“Magnesium pollution”in the western salt lake area has affected the ecological environment balance.Service life of reinforced concrete with magnesium chloride cement has been short due to serious corrosion of reinforcement.In view of the above,magnesia oxychloride cement reinforced concrete specimen was taken as the research object,in which rapid indoor corrosion test of coated steel in magnesia cement concrete was carried out.The electrochemical curves and related parameters of epoxy resin coated reinforced magnesium oxychloride cement concrete specimens immersed in chlorine salt and sulphate solution were obtained through CS350 electrochemical workstation.At the same time,the corrosion resistance of coated steel in the specimen was studied by combining with the microimage of exposed steel bar.The results show that chlorine salt and sulphate environment corroded the bare reinforcing steel bar relatively seriously.Epoxy resin coating well protected the reinforced steel of the magnesium oxychloride cement concrete from corrosion.The corrosion rates of the epoxy coated steel bars under above two environments were 1/2277-1/1449 and 1/21377-1/2693 times,respectively,relative to that of bared steel bars;In chlorine salt solution immersion environment,the pitting and corrosion products over the bared steel surface are loose with empty pore.,In sulfate solution immersion environment,however,bare steel surface cracked and the corrosion products been patchy with some cluster of crystal ball.
