摘要
针对研发青海省格尔木市的察尔汗盐湖地区耐腐蚀混凝土研发的迫切要求,结合察尔汗盐湖地区的实际情况,设计盐卤侵蚀单因素试验条件,通过相对质量、相对动弹性模量、裂缝与变形及钢筋的锈蚀情况来研究镁水泥钢筋混凝土在盐卤侵蚀单因素下的耐久性问题.通过研究发现:经长期盐卤侵蚀试验后,镁水泥混凝土性能未出现明显劣化;镁水泥混凝土的抗腐蚀性能优越,钢筋均存在一定程度的腐蚀.
Aimed at the urgent demand of development of anticorrosive concrete for the area of Chaerhan Salt Lake at Geermu,Qinghai and taking account of actual condition there,a single-factor experimental condition of bittern erosion is designed to study the durability problem of the magnesium cement reinforced concrete in case of bittern erosion by testing the relative mass,relative dynamic modulus of elasticity,cracks,deformation,and corrosion of reinforcing bar.It is found through the study that the concrete performance was not deteriorated after long bittern erosion and the corrosion resistance of magnesium cement concrete is superior and the deformability is consistent with ordinary concrete.The rusting of steel reinforcing bar in the magnesium cement concrete takes place to a certain extent as well.
