摘要
利用轻烧氧化镁、氯化镁、粉煤灰、外加剂为原料,通过测定氧化镁的活性参数,依据理论分析确定MgO/MgCl2的摩尔比,利用分步实验法确定出最佳粉煤灰掺量,再用总量控制法确定复合抗水剂的用量来制作氯氧镁复合水泥。相对正交实验法与均匀设计实验法,该法有着很强的可操作性。
This paper introduces experimental methods of making magnesium oxychloride cement with coal ash. The mol proportion of MgO : MgCl2 is defined by theoretical analysis. The proportion of coal ash is confirmed by the step - by - step test. The proportion of additive is fixed by total quantity control method. This method is simpler and more practical compared with orthogonal test approach and uniform design experimental approach.
