构造钢筋裂缝控制技术在城市轨道交通地下工程中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 城市轨道交通地下工程混凝土结构的裂缝控制工作较为突出,为进一步降低混凝土结构的开裂风险,通过实体温度及变形监测,设置不同构造钢筋,对比分析了构造钢筋对混凝土收缩变形的影响。结果表明,对于侧墙混凝土,当配筋率相同时,采取细而密代替粗而疏的构造配筋可显著降低温降阶段的单位收缩变形,在板类结构洞口进行钢筋加密处理,同样可有效降低温降阶段的单位收缩变形,避免应力集中,提高结构抗裂性。 The relating task of crack-control in urban rail transit of underground engineering structure concrete is yielding more and more importance. In this paper,different constructional reinforcements were used to further decrease the cracking risk in urban rail transit engineering structure concrete. By monitoring temperature and deformation evolution of the entity structure,the effect of constructional reinforcements on shrinkage deformation of concrete was analyzed. Results indicated that for sidewall concrete,the use of fine and intensive constructional reinforcement instead of thick and osteoporosis constructional reinforcement can significantly reduce the unit shrinkage deformation during concrete temperature drop stage with the same reinforcement ratio. For the plate concrete close to hole,measurement such as appropriately increasing the reinforcement ratio can significantly increase the crack resistance of concrete and avoid stress concentration,this is attributed to a lower unit shrinkage deformation during concrete temperature drop stage.
