摘要
本文选用三角型工字钢支撑架作为混凝土悬挑结构的模板架和外脚手架支撑体系,通过深化设计,明确三角架及预埋件的布置、形状和尺寸,每根杆件之间的连接方式;将三角支撑架设计成每一榀,减轻了三角架的重量,在地面制作完成后用塔吊吊装,也避免了高空组装的危险性;将三角支撑架水平杆伸入楼层内,用钢筋环进行锚固,增加三角支撑架的稳固性和安全性,很好地解决了距离地面高,形状不规则,悬挑跨度大的施工难点。
In this paper,the triangle shaped steel support frame is used as the formwork frame and the outer scaffolding support system of the concrete cantilever structure Through the detailed design,the tripod and embedded parts of the layout,shape and size,the connection between each bar are cleaned. The triangular support frame is designed into each piece,the weight of the tripod is reduced,and the hoisting of the tower crane is carried out after the ground is finished,and the danger of the assembly of the upper layer is avoided,The triangular supporting frame horizontal rod into the floor,anchoring steel ring,the increase stability and safety support,a good solution to the above ground,irregular shape,large span cantilevered construction difficulties.
