摘要
调查分析了国内外15个高空大跨度连廊悬空混凝土结构支模体系的支模方式与跨度、支模方式与悬空高度的关系,以西部多风地区某94.25m高空钢筋混凝土连廊结构为例,拟定3种高空支模方式,从安全性、材料用量、施工工期、施工成本等指标进行方案比选,确定了"型钢梁+钢管脚手架+梁板自承重"组合支模体系为最佳方案,进行该种支模体系结构设计,运用有限元ANSYS进行分析和验证。
The relationship of formwork style and the span, formwork style and the suspended altitude was surveyed and analyzed according to fifteen high and large-span corridor suspended concrete structures at home and abroad. Taking a 94.25m high reinforced concrete corridor structure for example, three kinds of high altitude formwork support styles were proposed to compare and select schemes from the index of security, material consumption, construction period, construction cost and so on. The type of steel beam- steel tube scaffold-beam slab from bearing was determined. And finite element method was used to analyze and test.
