摘要
利用TPU薄膜的保湿性能与聚氨酯泡沫塑料的吸水性能,将两种材料热粘在一起,就形成一种新型混凝土竖向构件养护材料,用玻璃胶将铁片粘贴在刚刚拆完模板的混凝土构件上,再用高强磁铁牢牢的将养护材料吸附在墙体上,然后浇水进行养护。由于TPU薄膜与聚氨酯泡沫塑料都具有柔性好、弹性大的特征,所以能重复多次周转使用,节约成本。
The water absorption properties of TPU film moisturizing properties and polyurethane foam,will two materials hot sticking together,formed a new vertical concrete component maintenance materials,the use glass glue pasting iron sheet in just demolished concrete template,use high strength magnet firmly the maintenance materials adsorbed on the wall,and then watering maintenance. Because the TPU film and the polyurethane foam plastics both have the characteristics of good flexibility and elasticity,the film can be repeatedly used for many times,and the cost is saved.
