摘要
混凝土养护好坏直接决定混凝土技术性能的实现,养护工艺采用,根据施工天气状况及施工环境确定,考虑气温、湿度的影响,对养护用水也有要求。养护工艺通常分为自然养护、太阳能养护、蒸汽养护及加速硬化等。工地施工或工地预制场多采用自然养护。工厂化施工为加速模具周转多采用蒸汽养护。在实际操作中,通常将各种养护工艺混合运用。
The technical properties of concrete will be detdrmined directly according to the quality of concrete curing. The application of concrete curing technology should be determined according to the construction climatic situation and the construction environment by considering the influences of temperature and humidity, as well as the requirement on water used for concrete curing. The curing technologies are usually classified as natural curing, solar energy curing, steam vapor curing, accelerated hardening curing, etc. Natural curing is usually used for construction in situ, or at prestressing field in the working place. In order to speed up the circulation of pattern, the steam vapor curing is usually used for construction in the factory. In practical procedure, the combination of different types of curing technologies will be used usually.
