Effect of alkali-urea on breaking strength and elongation of flax fiber

摘要 为研究碱-尿素化学改性对苎麻纤维强伸性的影响,设计了4因素(改性液中碱浓度、改性液中尿素浓度、浴比、浸碱时间)3水平的正交实验L9(34),对苎麻纤维进行碱-尿素化学改性处理,并测试不同条件改性后苎麻纤维的强伸性能。测试结果表明:经碱-尿素改性的苎麻纤维断裂强度减小,断裂伸长率变大。改性液中碱浓度对苎麻纤维的强伸性影响最大,其次是浸碱时间,浴比和改性液中尿素浓度对苎麻纤维强伸性的影响较弱。 In order to study the effect of alkali-urea processing on the breaking strength and elongation of ramie fiber,an orthogonal experiment L9( 34) was designed. The influential factors were included as concentration of alkali,amount of urea,bath ratio and time. After chemical modification,tensile properties of ramie fiber were tested and characterized. The results showed that,after being modified,the breaking strength of ramie fiber decreased,however,the breaking elongation of ramie fiber increased. The order of effect on tensile properties was the concentration of alkali,time,the amount of urea and bath ratio.
