摘要
采用MTG酶对真丝电力纺进行抗皱整理,考虑了时间、质量分数及温度等影响因素,通过L9(33)正交试验缩小了试验条件的范围,并通过单因素试验作进一步优化.试验结果表明:当质量分数为5%的MTG酶经40℃处理90 m in后,折皱回复角增幅可达到13.4%.分析了各个因素的影响,用KES-F风格仪测试弯曲性能的变化,并运用红外光谱分析了蚕丝蛋白结构的改变.
In this study, silk fabric was treated by microbial transglutaminase (MTGase). Orthogonal expenments was reduced were carried out with time, concentration and temperature as the affecting factors. The bound through L9 (3^3) orthogonal experiments, and then the treating condition was further optimized through single factor experiments. DCRA was improved by 13.4% in the final preferable treating condition: 5% MTG enzyme, 40℃treated for 90 min. Besides, the influence of all the factors was analyzed. Finally, flexural property of the fabric has been tested by KES-F, and changes in the microstructure of silk have been analyzed by FT-IR spectrum.
