摘要
为改变锦纶无胆防绒面料多为素色的现状,利用深染锦纶丝与普通锦纶丝组合,设计生产了双色防绒面料,并对其生产技术要点和工艺参数的确定进行了探讨。整经片纱张力宜小而均匀;浆纱时使用锦纶专用浆,上浆率要比常规细度纱增大;并经时各浆轴的退解张力一致,根据纱线的特性设定锥形卷绕比例;采用分层分绞,并施以假色,以利于两种经丝的区分;织造时使用塑胶综丝,以减少开口量。实验结果表明,织造效率达到92%以上,一等品率达到90%,满足了质量要求。
To change the situation that nylon gutless anti-feather fabrics are simple color in general,bicolor anti-feather fabrics were designed and produced,the composition of deep-dyed nylon yarn and ordinary nylon yarn was used,and the key technology points and processing parameter were discussed. The tension of piece yarn should be uniform and less. Special nylon size should be adopted,and the sizing rate should be larger than conventional fineness yarn. Tensions of each beam should be uniform in re-beaming,cone winding ratio was set according to the characteristics of the yarn. Separated the yarn layered,and impose a false color to facilitate the distinction of the two warp yarns. Plastic heald should be adopted and shed amount should be less. Loom efficiency can be reached above 92%,the first grade percentage before cloth repairing can be reached 85%,and the quality demand can he reached.
