摘要
探讨了JC1.97 tex特细号纱的纺纱工艺和技术措施。针对特细号纱成纱截面内棉纤维根数少、强力低、细纱断头多等特点,通过选用美国长绒棉,优化清梳棉工艺,以减少纤维损伤,控制短绒产生,提高纤维梳理度;采用双精梳和单并条工艺改善须条内纤维伸直平行度;粗纱工序采用轻定量和较大捻系数,细纱工序采用"二大二小"工艺,以更好的控制纤维运动,最终成功试纺出JC1.97 tex棉纱。
Spinning processing and technical measures of JC1. 97 tex super fine yarn were discussed. According to the characteristics of fewer fibers in cross section,lower strength and more spinning broken ends,American long-staple cotton was selected,by optimizing scutching and carding process,to reduce fiber damage,control the appearance of short fiber,and improve the fiber carding degree. Fiber straightness was enhanced in double combing and single drawing process. Fiber movement could be controlled through adopting lighter weight per unit and bigger roving twist factor in roving process,choosing 'larger roving twist factor and spinning back zone roller gauge,smaller back zone drafting and nip gauge'in spinning process. Finally,JC1. 97 tex yarn could be spun successfully. It is considered that the problems of more spinning broken ends & bobbin forming should be solved through selecting the raw cotton correctly and innovating the spinning process equipment,yarn quality could be improved.
