摘要
介绍了13 tex CJ/T 60/40米通织物用纱的生产工艺。米通织物对布面效果和纱线质量要求严格,生产时应根据原料合理调整开清棉和梳棉的车速,根据短绒率调整开清棉、梳棉和精梳工序的落棉隔距,保证半熟条的短绒与结杂指标。并粗工序要控制棉结的增长,保证纤维的伸直平行。细纱工序应减小锭差,稳定开车状态。络筒工序要有效地去除粗细节并减少毛羽的产生。各工序要控制好温湿度。
This paper introduces the production technology of CJ/T 60/40 13 tex Mitong yarn. Mitong fabric requires strict fabric surface effect and yarn quality. The speed of opening, scutching and carding machines should be reasonably adjusted according to the raw material, the gauge of opening, scutching, carding and coming should be set according to the short fiber content to reduce short fibers, neps and impurities in the silvers. The increase of neps should be controlled and the fibers should be straightened and parallelled during drawing and roving. The spinning machines should be kept in stable running condition with the speed difference between different spindles minimized. Thick and thin spots should be removed efficiently and hairiness generated should be reduced in winding. Moisture and temperature in all the processes have to be well controlled.
