摘要
文章利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对螺旋布孔射孔套管的承载能力进行了分析。分析结果表明,不同布孔方案的射孔套管的剩余强度是不同的。通过对几种布孔方案进行对比分析,找出了射孔套管的优选布孔方案。其结论为射孔完井优选设计提供了合理的模型,为射孔段套管柱的合理设计提供了承载能力计算的可靠依据。利用有限元法分析射孔套管的承载能力,克服了解析法的近似性和试验方法的不经济性等问题。
The sustainability of perforating casing with screw holding is analysed by using the finite element software ANSYS. The result of analysis indicates that the remaining strength of perforating casing with different scheme for holding is different. The optimized scheme for holding is identified by the compare of different schemes for holding. The result of analysis provides the reasonable model for optimization design of perforating well completion and reliable foundation of sustainability computation for the reasonable design for perforating sections of casing. The approximation of the resolution method and the uneconomical problem of experimental method are overcame by using the finite element method.
