摘要
结合套管室内材料试验及有限元仿真分析,分别对祼眼完井中螺旋钻孔-射孔套管在不同深度的直井和水平井中承受非均匀载荷的力学性能进行分析。结果表明,随着井深增加,垂直完井和水平完井套管所受的应力和最大位移都逐渐增加;在同一井深情况下,套管无孔、螺旋钻孔、螺旋钻孔同时射孔3种状态下,随着孔眼数量和孔眼面积的增加,套管最大位移增加,最小应力减小,应力集中加剧,应力集中是降低螺旋钻孔、射孔套管强度的主要因素。研究方法和结论可为合理选择、设计套管,确定套管钻孔和射孔的孔径、密度等提供一定的理论依据。
In combination with the casing indoor material test and finite-element simulation analysis, the mechanical property of screw drilling and perforated casing receiving heterogeneous load in vertical well and horizontal well with different depths in openhole completion is analyzed. The result indicates that the stress and maximum displacement of casing in vertical completion and horizontal well completion are increased gradually with the increase of well depth. Under the same well depth, for the conditions of casing having no hole, screw drilling and perforating while screw drilling, with the increase of hole number and hole area, the maximum displacement of casing increases and the minimum stress decreases, and the stress concentrates dramatically. The stress concentration is the main factor for decreasing the strength of screw drilling and perforated casing. The study method and conclusion can provide a certain theoretical basis for reasonably choosing and designing casing and determining the hole diameter of casing drilling hole and perforated hole.
