摘要
目的 :建立小青龙颗粒中芍药苷含量的测定方法。方法 :采用RP -HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量 ,C18柱 ;流动相 :ψ( 乙腈 ∶ 0 .1%磷酸 ) =15∶ 85 ;检测波长 :2 3 0nm。结果 :该方法的线性范围 :ρ =0 .10 1~ 1.60 8μg/mL(r =0 .9997,n =5 ) ;平均加样回收率 :99.41% (RSD :0 .98% ,n =9)。结论 :本方法简便 ,准确 ,灵敏度高 ,重现性好 ,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法之一。
Objective:To develop an assay for paeoniflorin in Xiaoqinglong Granules。Method:The determination of paeoniflorin was performed by RP-HPLC using C 18 column with ψ (acetonitrile ∶0.1% H 3PO 4) =15∶ 85 as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 230nm. Results: The linear range was 0.101~1.608 μg/mL ( r=0.9997,n =5); The average recovery of the added sample was 99.41% ( RSD was 0.98%, n =9). Conclusion: The methods are simple,accurate,highly sensitive and reproducible.It can be used as one of method for quality control of this Granules.
