摘要
目的:建立香芍接骨胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法对香芍接骨胶囊中的丹参、甘草、白芍进行了定性鉴别;用HPLC测定制剂中芍药苷的含量。结果:定性鉴别方法专属性强。在16.62～265.92μg.mL-1范围内进样量与峰面积积分值有良好线性关系,回归方程为y=11946x+339.22,R=0.9999(n=6)。结论:本研究建立的TLC和HPLC方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于香芍接骨胶囊的质量控制。
To establish quality standard of Jiuwei Guhuo capsules.Methods：TLC method was used to identify Danshen,Gancao,Baishao.HPLC method was used to determinate paeonilorin in this preparation.Results：the method showed a good linear relationship in the range of 16.62～265.92 μg·mL^-1.The recursive equation was：y = 11946 x ＋ 339.22,R=0.9999（n=6）.Conclusion：This method is practicable,convenient,precise and reliable,which can control the quality of Jiuwei Guhuo capsule effectively.
