摘要
为研究接骨胶囊促进骨折愈合及抗炎、镇痛的药理作用 ,将实验动物随机分成空白对照组 ,高、低剂量接骨胶囊组和阳性对照药物麝香接骨丹组。家兔造成骨缺损模型 ,用药 4 0天 ,X线和组织学观察骨折愈合 ;用小白鼠腹腔注射醋酸致毛细血管通透性增加和二甲苯致小白鼠耳廓肿胀法观察其抗炎作用 ;用小鼠腹腔注射醋酸扭体反应法观察其镇痛作用。结果表明接骨胶囊能明显促进家兔骨折愈合 ,并具有抗炎、镇痛作用。
In order to study the pharmacological effects of JIEGU JIAONANG(JGJN,Capsules for Fracture Healing)on fracture healing,anti inflammation and analgesia,experimental animals were randomly divided into three groups:the blank control,high dose and low dose JGJN and positive control drug Moschus JIEGU DAN gruops,Bone defect models were made in the mice and the mice were given the medicines for 40 days.After that,the fracture healings were observed by radiological and histological methods;the anti inflammatory effects were observed by acetic acid increased mice capillary permeability and xylol caused mice ear edema methods;the analgetic effects were observed by acetic acid caused mice body twisting method.The results showed that JGJN could significantly promote mice fracture healing and have anti inflammatory and analgetic effects.
