合成气制低碳烯烃铁基催化剂载体的改性研究

摘要 通过Na和K碱金属溶液对ZSM-5载体进行离子交换改性,采用浸渍法制备合成气制低碳烯烃铁基催化剂。利用固定床反应器中对催化剂活性进行评价;采用N_2吸附-脱附,SEM、XRD、TPR等对催化剂进行表征。结果表明:通过碱金属对载体改性可提高烯烃收率;CO+H_2转化率与碱金属活性成正比;载体孔径大小影响合成气制烯烃,孔径过小不利于烯烃的生成。 The ZSM-5 supported for conversion of syn-gas to light olefins were modified by NaOH and KOH solution via ion-exchange;the Iron based catalysts were then prepared by impregnation method.The catalysts were characterized by BET,SEM,XRD,TPR,etc.And their performances were evaluated through a fixed-bed reactor.Results show that the modification of catalyst by alkali ion-exchange significantly improves the conversion of syn-gas to olefins;and it is strongly related to the activation and alkalinity of alkali ions;the pore size of supporter is a critical factor impacting on the conversion of syn-gas and the ultra micro pore size restrains the production of olefins.
