摘要
目的为提高北京市延庆区高中学生群体艾滋病知识知晓率水平,评价以学校健康教育课程为依托开展的艾滋病干预活动效果,为今后针对延庆地区学生群体的宣教工作提供参考。方法在延庆区所有高中学校,以班级为单位,按比例整群抽样进行干预前调查。干预前调查结束后,对学校的健康教育老师进行培训,开展以学校健康课程为依托的艾滋病健康干预。干预活动结束后,再进行干预后的调查。结果与干预前相比较,干预后研究对象艾滋病相关知识知晓率由干预前的28.44%提高到干预后的95.72%(P<0.01),对艾滋病有恐惧感的比例由干预前的74.53%下降到干预后的30.43%(P<0.01),愿意与感染者拥抱或握手的比例由干预前的56.27%上升到干预后的80.70%(P<0.01)。结论以学校健康教育课程为依托开展的艾滋病健康教育干预活动效果显著,艾滋病知晓率得到提升,对艾滋病的恐惧感有所减少,改善对艾滋病病毒感染者和病人的歧视问题,可以尝试在延庆区的高中学生群体中优化后继续进行推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)intervention based on school health education and to provide references for future health education,so as to Improve the awareness rate of AIDS,among senior high school students in Yangqing district,Beijing.Methods According to the number of students of all senior high schools,the pre-intervention survey sample was chosen by class.After the survey,health education teachers got a professional training on AIDS,and the intervention program was carried out on the basis of health education courses,the post-intervention survey was conducted after the intervention.Results Comparing to the pre-intervention group,the post-intervention group has a higher awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge,The overall awareness rate increased from 28.44%to 95.72%(P<0.01),the percentage of people who were afraid of AIDS decreased from 74.53%to 30.43%(P<0.01).The percentage of willing to hug or shake hands with HIV infected patients increased from 56.27%to 80.70%(P<0.01).Conclusion The intervention program based on health education courses in schools had a significant effectiveness,including improved awareness rate and decreased,sense of fear to AIDS and the stigma towards people living with HIV or AIDS in some degree.After improvement of the intervention plan,further promotion can be tried among seniors high school students in Yanqing district.
