摘要
咳嗽是一类以咳而有声或伴咯痰为主症的一类肺系病症,由于气候、饮食、生活环境的改变,时人多内有郁热,而易外受风寒,故现临床咳嗽多以表寒里热,肺气失宣,肺气上逆为基本病机,以气郁、痰湿为相关病理产物,与肝脾关系密切。钟枢才教授治疗寒包火型咳嗽重视权衡表寒里热之轻重、理气调津,调理肝脾肺三脏。现将钟老临证治疗寒包火型咳嗽经验总结,希望为临床辨证治疗咳嗽用药提供新思路。
Cough is a category of pulmonary disease characterized by cough or accompanied with phlegm-expectoration.Because of various changes of climate,diet and living conditions,modern generally have stagnant heat inside,while is susceptible to wind and cold outside.Therefore cough is mostly attributed to the basic pathogenesis of exterior cold and interior heat,loss of lung-Qi dispersion,and reversed flow of lung-Qi,taking Qi depression and phlegm-dampness as the related pathological products,closely related to the liver and spleen clinically.Professor ZHONG Shucai attaches attention to differentiating the relative importance and urgency of exterior cold and interior heat,regulating the circulation of Qi and body fluid,and harmonizing liver,spleen and lung.This paper summarizes the experience of Professor ZHONG on treatment based on syndrome differentiation of cough attributed to cold-enveloping-fire syndrome.One case for examination was attached in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of cough attributed to cold-enveloping-fire syndrome.
