摘要
文章从四川地理气候环境、饮食习惯和体质特点等方面探讨湿热之邪的成因。根据外感与内生湿热易阻滞气机,影响肝脾肾功能或致湿热瘀阻的病因病机特点,阐述湿热或湿热瘀阻所致妇科痛症、妇科炎性疾病、月经太过类疾病、不孕症等发病特点和用药特色。为四川地区妇科疾病的辨证治疗提供一种具有地域特色的证治思路。
Discussing the cause of humid-hot climate from the geography climate, diet habit, residents＇ constitution, etc.. According that external and internal dampness-heat can hamper qi movement to cause the dysfunction of liver, and spleen and kidney or the pathogenesis of accumulation of dampness-heat-blood stasis, it expounds the clinical features and medication characteristics of inflammatory pain, pelvic inflammation, excessive menstruation, infertility caused by damp-heat syndrome or the accumulation of dampness heat and blood stasis. This paper was devoted to provide a new treatment thinking of syndrome differentiation and treatment of gynecological diseases in Sichuan region.
