摘要
目的观察甲连盆腔胶囊对慢性盆腔炎大鼠组织学及炎性因子的影响。方法雌性SD大鼠80只,随机分为空白组、假手术组,每组15只,余大鼠均制备慢性盆腔炎性模型作为造模组,造模第10天模型鉴定成功后,再将剩余造模组大鼠随机分为模型组、妇科千金胶囊组、甲连盆腔胶囊组,连续灌胃14天后,开腹观察盆腔大体情况,并取子宫组织HE染色后观察组织学变化,腹主动脉采血离心,ELISA法检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-2(IL-2)的水平。结果与模型组比较,妇科千金胶囊组和甲连盆腔胶囊组,盆腔大体情况及子宫组织形态均有不同程度的改善,血清中IL-2、TNF-α水平均下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲连盆腔胶囊可能通过调节血清炎性因子水平,从而抑制炎症反应,促进子宫组织形态修复,达到治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of JiaLian Pelvic Capsule on serum inflammatory factors in rats with chronic pelvic in flammatory disease.Methods Selected total 80 female SD rats,randomly divided them into blank group, sham operation group, each group of 15,the rest of the rats was established chronic pelvic inflammatory disease models.Identified the model after ten days,after successful modeling and then randomly divided them into model group,Fuke Qianjin Capsule group,Jialian Pelvic Capsule.All rats gavaged for 14 days continuously,to observe the general situation of pelvic,and using HE staining to observe histology changes of uterus tissues,then collected blood from the abdominal aorta and centrifuged,detected the levels of Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) with ELISA.Results Compared with model group,the general condition of pelvic and histology of uterine tissues was improved,the levels of TNF-α and IL-2 in serum were decreased (P< 0.05) in Fuke Qianjin Capsule and Jialian Pelvic Capsule groups.Conclusion Jialian Pelvic Capsule may regulate the levels of inflammatory cytokines in serum, inhibit the inflammatory response, promote the histology repair of uterine tissues, and to treat the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
