摘要
目的了解实习护生对职业暴露的认知和职业防护行为。方法采用便利抽样的方法选择我院实习的护生365人,应用自制调查问卷,进行问卷调查。结果实习护生遭受职业暴露严重,职业暴露认知不足,职业防护行为介于"经常"和"有时"之间,职业防护行为有待加强,不同学历的护生对职业暴露的认知和职业防护行为差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医院应加强实习护生职业暴露和职业防护的培训教育,提供充足的防护物品,减轻工作压力,帮助实习护生解决学习工作中的具体困难,以减少职业危害的发生。
Objective To understand the practice of nursing students understanding of the occupational exposure and the behavior of occupational protection. Methods Using convenient sampling method to select our hospital internship nursing students of 365 people, using self-made questionnaire, the general situation, the knowledge of occupational exposure, occupa-tional protection behavior questionnaire. Results The practice nursing students suffer from serious occupational exposure, occu-pational exposure cognitive deficiencies, occupational protection behavior between ‘often’ and ‘sometimes’ , to strengthen occu-pational protection behavior, different degree of nursing students cognitive and behavior of occupational protection of occupational exposure difference (P<0. 01). Conclusion Hospital should strengthen the practice nurses occupational exposure and training of occupational protection education, provide sufficient protection items, lighten the pressure of work, to help practice nursing students solve specific difficulties in learning to work, in order to reduce the occurrence of occupational hazards.
